在株洲，大量建成25年以上的老旧房屋，正在享受一项“高科技”的守护。过去，靠人逐栋排查，效率低、隐患难发现。现在，株洲用上了“北斗+InSAR卫星+AI”的立体监测网。

In Zhuzhou, numerous old residential buildings aged over 25 years are now protected by cutting-edge technology. In the past, workers conducted  building-by-building inspections, a slow and labor-intensive approach that often missed hidden dangers. Today, Zhuzhou has deployed a multi-dimensional monitoring network integrating BeiDou, InSAR satellite technology and AI.

卫星给869平方公里“广域筛查”，再用AI给老房子“打分”，最后装上北斗监测设备——24小时盯着沉降、倾斜、位移、振动、温湿度，毫米级位移也逃不过它的“眼睛”。

Here's how it works: Satellites carry out wide-area scans across 869 square kilometers. AI then assigns risk-level "scores" to old buildings. Lastly, BeiDou monitoring devices are installed to keep round-the-clock track of building settlement, tilt, displacement, vibration, temperature, humidity, picking up movements as small as one millimeter.

全市已安装3368台北斗监测设备，覆盖200个小区796栋老楼，人工和设备投入减少了九成以上。一旦异常，预警短信直达社区，形成“发现—预警—勘查—消患—验证”的闭环。

To date, 3,368 BeiDou monitoring devices have been installed across the city, covering 796 old buildings within 200 residential communities. Inputs for manpower and equipment have been slashed by over 90%.And the moment an anomaly is detected,early-warning SMS messages are sent directly to community authorities. This forms a closed-loop workflow covering detection, early warning, on-site inspection, hazard mitigation and verification.

从“人防”到“智防”，从“被动巡检”到“主动预警”——北斗，正用“天眼”守护株洲万家灯火。

The local practice has shifted from manual-based risk prevention to intelligent prevention, and from reactive inspections to proactive early-warning. Equipped with its "heavenly eyes", BeiDou safeguards countless households across Zhuzhou.
